How do I move my tracker to a new iPhone?

On your old phone go to Me → Backup → "Save a backup file", choose a password, and AirDrop the file to the new phone (or save it to Files). On the new phone, install DermDad, go to Me → Backup → "Restore from a backup file" and enter the password.

Why aren't my photos in iCloud?

Health photos are kept out of iCloud on purpose. Use a backup file to keep a copy.

I forgot my backup password.

We can't recover it; it never leaves your phone. Make a new backup with a new password.

Weather tips say location is off.

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, make sure it is on, and set DermDad to "While Using the App".

Can DermDad tell me what my rash is?

No. DermDad is for education and organizing your own observations. Please see a clinician, especially if a spot is changing, bleeding or worrying you.
